George Hincapie has won Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne. The American beat Belgian Kevin Van Impe in the sprint. Tom Boonen was in the leading group at one lap (12 kilometres) from the finish when he passed the finish line with a select group of riders.

Kevin Hulsmans was with his eleventh place the first Quick-Step rider. Also Tom Boonen and Kevin De Weert reached the finish at one and a half minute from Hincapie.
